By downloading or using SlimPanda (the "App") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
This is the most important term here. The App is a self-tracking and general information tool. It is not a medical device, and it does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
Calorie, macronutrient, hydration and energy-burn figures are estimates generated from images, text descriptions and standard population equations. They may be materially wrong for any individual item or any individual person. The AI health coach produces automated suggestions based on your logged data; it is not a dietitian, physician or other licensed professional.
Always seek the advice of a qualified health provider with any questions about a medical condition, diet or exercise programme. Never disregard or delay professional medical advice because of something you read in the App or on this website. If you think you may have a medical emergency, contact your doctor or emergency services immediately.
You must be at least 13 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country, whichever is higher. The App is rated 12+ and is not designed for children. It is not intended for use by people who are pregnant or breastfeeding, or by people managing eating disorders, without professional supervision.
The App is free to download. Certain features require a SlimPanda Premium subscription. Current options and prices are displayed in the App before purchase.
You agree not to misuse the App, including by reverse-engineering it, attempting to access other users' data, submitting unlawful content, or using it to provide medical or nutritional services to third parties.
You retain ownership of the photos and information you submit. You grant us a limited licence to process them for the purpose of operating the App and providing you with results. See the privacy policy for details.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, arising from reliance on any estimate, target, suggestion or other output of the App, including any health outcome. The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Features requiring an internet connection may be unavailable at times. Your mobile carrier's charges, including roaming, remain your responsibility. We may release updates, and may change or discontinue features.
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
