Delete Your SlimPanda Account

You can permanently delete your SlimPanda account and all associated data at any time, directly in the app.

Delete Your Account in the App

  1. Open the SlimPanda app
  2. Go to Profile / Settings
  3. Tap Delete Account
  4. Confirm deletion
Cancel your subscription first. Deleting your account does not cancel an active SlimPanda Premium subscription, because billing is handled by the app store, not by us. Cancel it before you delete: on Android, in the Google Play Store app → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → SlimPanda → Cancel; on iPhone, in Settings → your name → Subscriptions → SlimPanda → Cancel Subscription.

What Gets Deleted

Your account, profile information, food logs, calorie and weight history, water tracking data, AI coach conversations, and reminder settings are permanently deleted. This cannot be undone.

What Is Kept

None of your personal data is retained after deletion. Subscription billing records are managed by Google Play and subject to Google's retention policies. If you subscribed on iPhone, the equivalent records are held by Apple under Apple's policies. We cannot delete records held by an app store on our behalf.

How Long It Takes

Deletion from the app removes your account and data from our active systems straight away. Copies held in routine encrypted backups are removed as those backups age out on their normal rotation cycle, within 30 days.

If You Can't Access the App

Email us at app-support@md-tech.in from the Google account you signed in with, and we'll delete your account within 30 days. Sending from the same address lets us confirm the request is yours; if you cannot, tell us and we will verify another way before deleting anything.

Export Before You Delete

Deletion is permanent and we cannot restore your history afterwards. If you want a copy of your logs and progress first, email app-support@md-tech.in and request an export before you delete the account.

Deleting the App Is Not the Same Thing

Uninstalling SlimPanda from your device removes the app, not your account. Your data stays on our servers until you delete the account using one of the methods above.
